Let's Do A
Deep Dive.
Rewire and Remember is an eight-week experiential journey for those who are seeking more depth and are ready to rewire what's keeping them stuck in survival and remember their gifts and connection to life.
Life is meant to be lived. And yet most people are moving through life in states of survival, existing in fear, anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown. We've lost touch with our essence, our gifts, ourselves, and each other.
What's powerful is that people like you are beginning to see this. You're noticing the patterns, the conditioning, and the burdens that have shaped how you show up, and exploring what else is possible.
The journey can be frustrating and exhausting, especially when you still find yourself repeating old patterns, even when you know better. And with all the practices, therapy, and courses you've done, you thought things would be different by now.
This is where a different approach becomes important. One that's experiential, bottom-up, and layered, and supports you in noticing what you're experiencing and exploring the layers at play in a way that allows real shifts to happen!

Rewire and Remember is an eight-week experiential journey where we explore the patterns that keep us stuck in survival, deepen our understanding of the layers at play, and discover new possibilities for how we experience ourselves, others, and life.
Over eight weeks, we'll gather for weekly two-hour sessions combining teaching, guided explorations, opportunities to witness others, and time to explore what's arising in your own experiences, both individually and with other participants.
Each group is limited to 20 participants online and 12 people in person in the Comox Valley, allowing space for connection, shared exploration, and live facilitation.
The first three gatherings establish the foundation, drawing on the Five Gateways to Rewiring and Remembering. From there, we'll bring these teachings into different aspects of being human, including boundaries, shame, anger, desire, pleasure, receiving, and connection.
What you'll be exploring goes beyond gaining new information or tools to use when things feel difficult. You'll be discovering different ways to relate to your experiences, recognize what's entangled within them, and work with what's incomplete.Ā
This isn't about understanding or integrating everything within eight weeks. Some things may land immediately. Others may become meaningful much later. The teachings and explorations offer opportunities to plant seeds, discover what's possible, and continue exploring in your everyday life!

The Journey
Each week, we'll explore different aspects of being human through teaching, guided somatic practices, and experiential explorations that invite us to notice what's happening within ourselves and in relationship with others.
These explorations invite us to pay attention to our physiology, sensations, emotions, thoughts, and impulses, while discovering how different layers of our experiences interact.
The Five Gateways are woven throughout the journey, offering different ways to explore the layers at play and discover what's possible.
The Foundation
Week 1: Noticing Our Experiences
Exploring how weĀ respond to the world around us, the different states we move through, and how our history influences our present-day experiences. We'll begin noticing what's happening in our physiology, thoughts, emotions, and impulses, and become curious about the ways we respond to ourselves, others, and our environments.
Week 2: Acknowledging Agenda-Based Patterns
Exploring how we feel toward the patterns, experiences, and situations we want to change, and the ways we try to change them. We'll get curious about fixing, seeking, controlling, avoiding, and other agenda-based patterns, recognizing their intentions and the internal conflicts that can arise when we're trying to make something different.
Week 3: Getting to Know the Layers at Play
Exploring the different layers that contribute to our experiences, including survival patterns, conditioning, parts, and what's incomplete. Through mapping, movement, and experiential explorations, we'll begin recognizing how these layers interact and what becomes possible when we meet them with curiosity and empathic witnessing.
Exploring the Human Experience
Week 4: Deepening Your Sense of Self
Exploring our sense of self, the space we take up, and how we experience ourselves in relationship with others. Through movement and relational explorations, we'll become curious about our boundaries, our yeses and noes, and how developmental experiences and conditioning have shaped what's familiar or possible for us.
Week 5: Working With Shame, Blame, and Responsibility
Exploring the layers involved in shame, blame, responsibility, and power dynamics. We'll look at the roles of victim, perpetrator, and saviour, and how we can become caught in cycles of blame, shame, and power struggles. Through experiential explorations, we'll become curious about what happens when we move from relating through a triangle to a circle, where all of our experiences can be acknowledged and welcomed, even when there's conflict.
Week 6: Exploring Anger and Rage
Exploring our relationship with anger and rage, including how we experience our own anger and respond to anger in others. We'll get curious about anger as protection, anger directed toward ourselves or others, incomplete self-protective responses, and the conditioning and agendas that may become entangled with these experiences.
Week 7: Desire, Pleasure, and Receiving
Exploring our relationship with wanting, pleasure, satisfaction, and receiving. We'll become curious about what happens when we experience desire, receive support or appreciation, or allow ourselves to enjoy something, including the patterns, conditioning, and agendas that may influence our capacity for these experiences.
Remembering
Week 8: Remembering Wholeness and Interconnectedness
Exploring our connection with ourselves, others, nature, and the larger web of life. Through experiences of being seen, supported, and connected, we'll become curious about what it means to remember our wholeness, recognize the support around us, and experience ourselves as part of something larger.
HI,
I'M NICOLE.
Iām an educator, guide, and somatic practitioner who has spent the last 15+ years exploring why we get stuck in patterns we canāt seem to think our way out of, and what actually helps something change.
That exploration has taken me through Somatic Experiencing, FeldenkraisĀ®, Somatic Practice with Kathy Kain, IFS-informed work, years of spiritual practice and training, and plenty of my own messy experiences of being human.
These days, I live on Vancouver Island, spend as much time outside as I can, knit and craft, disappear on camping adventures whenever possible, and share my life with my old dog Rio, who has been beside me through more chapters than I can count.
I too am exploring my own edges of comfort and familiarity. Noticing and untangling the ways I contract, avoid, protect, and people please.
I believe thereās no better time than now to explore how we can evolve and grow as humans. And Iām genuinely excited to see what becomes possible through this journey!
