The way we experience relationship, to ourselves, the people in our lives and the world around us, is one of the most important pieces of being human.
We all desire connection, security in self and the ability to live feeling whole and free.
Throughout our lives we learn to protect ourselves, often unknowingly creating trauma responses and reactions that come from wanting to feel safe and secure. At times these serve us, however eventually we find ourselves with a sense of deeper knowing that something isn’t quite right. We can feel disconnected from our experiences. from ourselves and from the people around us, unable to decipher our physical responses during elevated emotions, and we settle into a knowledge that we aren’t showing up as the fullest and most honest expression of ourselves.
Once this truth is recognized, we begin to search for the missing pieces.
Gaining information around personal growth through educating ourselves, working with a therapist, meditating, journalling - it’s all important and all of the modalities that exist can be helpful tools, however the true transformation comes from learning how to embody and integrate everything you’re learning to explore, so that genuine and lasting change can take place.
When you learn how to tune into your body, how to become aware of your survival patterns and how to heal your trauma, the outcome will always be more honest and intimate relationships.
Trauma ruptures connection. To ourselves, and to the way we experience the people and the world around us. When you are able to support yourself somatically you repair that and move through a deepening of your relationship to yourself and to others.
Through DISCOVER you WILL shift from feeling disconnected, alone and craving meaningful relationships into feeling whole, empowered, free and living with a sense of security in your worth and belonging.
DISCOVER will give you a clearer sense of when you’re in a survival pattern or trauma response versus when you are experiencing and reacting from a place of your truth. DISCOVER will teach you to know yourself and help you find clarity around what you want and need, giving you access to the ability to express without feeling fear, shame or the desire to shut down.
You will experience a deep sense of aliveness and freedom, leading you to create more meaningful connections and hold deeper conversations with colleagues, employers, friends, family and partners.
You will live in a place of knowing you are whole. You are worthy. You belong.
What does joining DISCOVER involve?
This 4 month program is for those ready to commit to exploring and discovering ways to support themselves in this lifelong journey of deepening the understanding and connection with Self.

These modules will give you all that's needed to not only understand rationally how you show up in relation to yourself, others and the world, but to also support you in discovering how to experience yourself in deep, profound ways so that you can create lasting change!
Filled with educational videos, reflective worksheets, audio explorations, these resources are A MUST for you to experience shifts at a cellular level.
WEEKLY POD CALLS
Healing happens in community. You don’t have to do it alone.
These smaller pod calls are a safe, held space for you to discuss the integration of what you're exploring.
You'll also witness others in their experiences and be supported by those on the journey alongside you (and these calls can also be a great way to be held accountable if needed)!
A big part of the journey is to be seen and held in your experiences, and to witness others in their expansion.

After our 4 months together the learning continues with monthly Check-In Calls, and workshops every February, June & October.
These ongoing workshops and calls allow you to not only stay connected with the community, even when DISCOVER is over, it also creates a space where deepening your understanding of this work can continue to happen.
We all have shadow and light within us. Being weird and distant and cold is me in my shadow. That is because for my entire life, typical day-to-day stressors felt like life-or-death threats. I lived each day “clinging” to life like I was going to lose mine with the next human interaction.
For over 20 years I turned to talk therapy and self-help books and rational thinking to find safety in my daily life. But, through Nicole’s teachings and the Discover program, I learned that the safety was inside of me…in my body the entire time. I kept turning to the outside of me to find safety in various ideas and practices. I kept talking and reading and watching and listening to other people to find answers for why I was so distant and cold. And then I learned that the answers, the safety, and the truth was right there inside of my soft, warm, human body.
I learned that living an authentic and healthy life was about unlocking the wisdom of my body with a few simple steps: Pause and notice. Feel the sensations in your body. Be curious. Know there is nothing to fix because you are already whole.

I'm fascinated by all of us human beings and I geek out on anything mind, body and soul related.

For this to happen we each need to move out of survival state, find regulation within our nervous system and be more connected within our mind, body and soul.

Oh my gosh. Where to even begin? This program has been an absolute essential experience to my life! It gave me life in a sense. Sounds overboard to those not in a somatic journey, but frankly I don’t know how else to describe it.
